Day 9: Esperance to Denmark

We were refreshed from having the day off in Esperance, so the 500+km drive today was quite fun! We went to Albany for lunch, and then we did a tourist drive to visit 'Dog Rock'..... really quite a let down with Coles in the background!




Then on to the beautiful Denmark. This is kinda like Daylesford - in the middle of the bush, but there was a huge river running through and opening on to the ocean. It seems to be the place to visit for WAians, for we found it hard to get accomodation for the first time all trip! In the end though, we got a great motel/villa near the rivers mouth.

Scenic drive was cute.

P.S. We reached our 4000th km today!
